Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Full Refund
- Guests are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Partial Refund
- If a cancellation is made less than 5 days but more than 72 hours before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
The remaining 50% covers administrative costs and last-minute booking losses.
No Refund
No refund will be provided:
- If cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in.
- In the event of a no-show.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp to the official contact shared during the booking process.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Special Notes (Peak Season Policy)
- During peak seasons (including long weekends, Diwali, Christmas–New Year, etc.):
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
- Only rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 10 days’ prior notice.

- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool
- NO ROOM CHARGES SHALL BE LEVIED FOR CHILD OF AGE BELOW 5 YEARS. CHILD BETWEEN THE AGE OF 5 YEARS TO 10 YEARS SHALL BE CHARGED 50% OF TARIFF RATE AND CHILD OF AGE 10 YEARS OR ABOVE SHALL BE CHARGED FULL TARIFF RATES FOR PROVIDING EXTRA BED. Adult Rs. 4000/ Child Rs. 2000.
