Free Cancellation:
- Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
- Late Cancellation:
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No Show:
- In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Prepayment Policy
- A 100% prepayment of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- The prepayment may be charged at any time after the booking is made.
- For bookings made within 2 days of check-in, the total price must be prepaid immediately to secure the villa.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds (for cancellations made within the free period) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
