Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Full Refund

• Guests are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the check-in date.

Partial Refund

• If a cancellation is made less than 5 days but more than 72 hours before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
  The remaining 50% covers administrative costs and last-minute booking losses.

No Refund

No refund will be provided:

• If cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in.
• In the event of a no-show.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp to the official contact shared during the booking process.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Special Notes (Peak Season Policy)

• During peak seasons (including long weekends, Diwali, Christmas–New Year, etc.):
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
• Only rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 10 days’ prior notice.
