Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation:
- Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.
- Late Cancellation:
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No Show:
- In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
 Prepayment Policy
- A 100% prepayment of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- The prepayment may be charged at any time after the booking is made.
- For bookings made within 2 days of check-in, the total price must be prepaid immediately to secure the villa.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds (for cancellations made within the free period) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Full Refund
- Guests are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Partial Refund
- If a cancellation is made less than 5 days but more than 72 hours before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
The remaining 50% covers administrative costs and last-minute booking losses.
No Refund
No refund will be provided:
- If cancellation is made within 72 hours of check-in.
- In the event of a no-show.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp to the official contact shared during the booking process.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.Special Notes (Peak Season Policy)
- During peak seasons (including long weekends, Diwali, Christmas–New Year, etc.):
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
- Only rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 10 days’ prior notice.
